Thought Forms

We play many roles in our life we are father, mother, son, daughter, friend, uncle, nephews, cousins and teachers and student etc. This takes away our concentration and energy over long periods of time, there is a name for this we call them thought form of 'us'.

If you have too many thought form of 'us' you may find yourself losing your temper, feeling tired, agitated over small issues in life. You can use the pendulum to check how many thought forms of 'us' do you have, any number more than 1 will have a negative effect upon you.

Here is how you remove them -
'Please neutralize all thought form of 'us' to one for all my blog audience. Thank you.'

After this you will find that you are centered and have peace of mind your energy level would usually go up.

The next time you feel you have them again simply use the above command to remove them.
