I guess that I have been writing again and again that one should keep doing dowsing everyday to improve one's life, the benefits of daily dowsing as one audience mentioned in the comments is the side effects, issues disturbing you suddenly disappear never to appear to disturb you again. Is it that simple?
This morning's earlier posting about a friend's feeling was a simplified version of what we went through on our spiritual quest, like all spiritual quest for me and most of my friends we set out to make life better for ourselves and our families, we had it with all the nasty surprises life throws at us and we wanted to change it and to create the life we want to have.
Well what we found out was that to be able to have control over our life we had to lose the very control we seek to find. Let GO and Let GOD was the answer that most of us found, but it was not an easy thing to do, say if one day the authorities took away everything from you, your house, your driving license, your money, your job everything you own will you still be happy?
It is not the external things that makes one happy, happiness has to come from within but you have to start somewhere and having lots of money is a good place to start. Always remember that everything you owned including your body will go one day so don't get too attached to all these. Live in the present moment, in the now, appreciate and give thanks to what you already have.
Learn to love yourself and do not worry too much of what others think of you, don't become a football of other people's opinions. Opinions change every few minutes so do not bother with them. Let go of the past because the past only have power if you think of them. The present is where you are now and it is life you are experiencing now, enjoy it, savour it, be present in it 100%. If you live in the 'happy' now then your past will be happy because after the present moment it becomes the past.
Do not worry about the future too for as you are happy now the energy will attract the same for you and your future will be happy!
