Releasing Non-Benificial Emotions

Yesterday we had our first dowsing class organise by fans of my blog, we had a wonderful time of sharing and exchanging ideas, I am most grateful for all the organizers and participants of the class for taking time to make this possible. Thank you one and all.

During class I was given the opportunity to have a hands on session with one of the participant and the moment my hands touched her, an overwhelming sense of sadness was felt by me and I almost cried. I will not go into detail about what is happening but their was much emotions in her that was not release.

Negative emotions stay in our body and when I put my hands on the spine I can feel all the memories of such emotions, I did not have enough time last night to do a complete healing for her but I think she was energize enough to have release some of the negative emotions in her.

Another participant mentioned that although we can use dowsing to clear negative emotions but sometimes we do not know what to clear or is even unaware that we have them. I agree that this is so but here are some pointers to help you check.

On two separate pieces of paper write down on one what you think are 10 good characteristic of yourself and on the other write 10 bad characteristic about yourself.

It may not be easy to get 10 on each of your list but write as many as you can, after completing both list take a look at what you have written get a good friend to look at them, have a discussion on why you wrote what you have written. The lists would give you and indication of the self worth that you have of yourself. Try this out and after analysing try to make improvement to yourself.

Be honest to yourself, it is not always the easiest thing to do, facing your own weakness having the strength to change yourself and move out of your comfort zone is never and easy thing to do. Take one step at a time, the journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step.

Ask for help there is nothing wrong to ask for help, if you find that you are carrying too much on your shoulders drop them ask someone to help you in terms of counselling or other forms of assistance. People are always willing to help, you just need to ask.

Love yourself, you have to love yourself first if you don't then there is no love to give to others, you may have look after a loved one with a physical or mental challenge but if you find that this is too much for you it is time to let go, explore other avenues that might help you ease your burden, bearing with it will in the long term take a heavy toll on yourself and you will eventually breakdown one way or another.

The body will always alert you of stress in one form and another, sinuses, rashes, allergies, anger, chronic colds all these are signs that something is not right with you mentally, emotionally and physically. If you have such symptoms don't just dowse away the discomfort look for the reasons behind them.

There are many reasons that will affect you well being adversely, we may clear the energy of ourselves and our home but if you have certain negative mentalities, wrong beliefs, too strong a sense of responsibility all these have to be drop by yourself. Meditate often it is a very good way to release emotional stress, get some exercise, join a help group and talk to someone, all these activities are helpful to relieve yourself of negative emotions.
