The 4 S

Dis-passion- You may not be able to find this word in your dictionary, anyway lets talk about what is it to be dis-passion about the way you see life. Many time when we engage in conversation with our loved ones we get caught up with the passion of our conversation and if our loved ones do not agree about what we are passionate about we get disappointed with them. We then try our best to engage them into what we feel passionate with and usually this ends in bad way.

Our passion is our own and we can only share this passion with people who has the same passion, there is no way to built up the passion in someone who does not have it in the first place. But passion make us blind in a way because we are not having a panoramic view but a focus view of things. It is better to be dis-passion about things most of the time so that we can have a wider view point of things when it comes to dealing with situations. The next time when a loved one is in a mood and try to talk you into a proposal of their interest which you have none instead of trying to disagree with them simply be silent, smile and nodding occasionally you will find that strangely they give up in a short while, if this does not work at least you will have peace because they think you are agreeing with them.

This reminds me of the 4S, Smile, Silent, Service and Singing, smile as often as you can to everyone you meet and to yourself too (use a mirror, this is a very powerful practise ) everyday.

Be silent for sometime in your day, maybe a few minutes up to an hour, when we talk we are using energy so when we are in silent we conserve our energy so a few moments of silence a day is a good thing for us. When you are in a meeting it is not always necessary to contribute, being silent sometimes has an effect on the other members of the meeting. Be silent and listen to others, you will be able to pick up more than trying to rebut others all the time.

Do some service, it is not necessary to join a group to do community service, everyday of your life look for opportunities to be able to be of service to others, try it out everyday go out and attempt to do one good deed a day, just one, see if you are able to do so. The benefits of doing this will be self evident if you try.

Singing is a good way to raise energy, singing songs that you love makes you happy and singing together in a group would be better, it does not matter if you can sing well or not, just sing it opens your throat chakra and lift your energy to higher levels.

Try doing a little of the 4 S daily and you will notice a great change in your life people around you will soon tell you so.

Thank You! I Appreciate You!
Best Wishes to All.
Always Better and Better.
