“First of all I would like to tell you about 'The principles of control by means of consciousness', as based on the wave level of reality. Everybody knows from school lessons that light can be viewed in two ways, both as a wave and as a corpuscular particle. And, taking into account that, at the micro level, any object consists of atoms, and molecules and that they also can be transferred into a quantum – light state, we can conclude the following: any object, even solid objects, consists of waves. BUT FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF MATHEMATICS, when we have many phenomena consisting of waves – physical objects, human bodies, nature – all such phenomena CAN BE SYSTEMATIZED AND WE CAN DETERMINE A WAVE RULE OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICABLE TO EACH SYSTEM.
That is why, when we say that physical objects move in space and perform actions (social as in the case of mankind or natural), said actions can sometimes be described from the standpoint of extrapolation, sometimes qualitatively, but always from the point of view of wave theory. That is why too, when we think, we can consider that thought, within the framework of wave processes, acts as a wave process itself. AND, THIS IS, BY THE WAY, REGISTERED BY MANY QUANTUM SPECTROGRAPHS, AND OTHER SUCH DEVICES. PHOTON LIGHT IS GENERATED DURING MAN’S THOUGHT PROCESSES.
Consequently, when we carry out controls using 'consciousness' and our control is for the purposes of macro-salvation, where we recognise the Creator as the basis of creative development (i.e., THE LEVEL FROM WHICH EVERYTHING EMERGES), the actions we take IN THE DIRECTION OF SALVATION, ACQUIRE IMMENSE POWER. It is this task, the target control of preventing possible global catastrophes, that forms the concentration platform of control waves of reality. AND EVEN in the case of our NORMAL THOUGHT PROCESSES, these thought processes, due to the distinction of basic carrier waves inherent in mathematics, BECOME WAVES THAT ATTRACT EVEN MORE POWER, even at the lowest levels of control.
So then, acts relating to the treatment of organisms, influence on events, etc., are, in the end, transformed into a separate system of light waves. And, by implementing controls via the light of your own consciousness, YOU CAN CREATE RESONANCE IN ANY POINT OF SPACE-TIME. Further, ACCORDING TO THE DEGREE OF THE CORRECTNESS OF YOUR OWN THOUGHTS NEXT TO YOUR PHYSICAL BODY, TO THIS DEGREE YOU CAN INFLUENCE EXTERNAL SYSTEMS. This shows clearly why it is possible to influence events by means of the structuring and the use of consciousness technology – BECAUSE ALL EVENTS OF REALITY MAY BE VIEWED FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF WAVE THEORY.”
