The Universal Law Of Vibrational Attainment

This is another good article by Michelle Walling that's worth your time reading,
to learn and grow in your spiritual journey on Earth.

As you have read, words have their limitations. Nonetheless,
it's the closest tool we have to rely on - it serves like a beacon
to help you with gaining understanding,

The Universal Law Of Vibrational Attainment

Vibration is the song of life that moves atoms into patterns of form.  Everything is energy, everything is alive in motion, and the planet we live on is a conscious, sentient being vibrating at a certain song. Theraising of one’s vibration will change the consciousness or reality that you perceive and the Law of Vibrational Attainment governs the parameters of what you can experience.

What is the Law of Vibrational Attainment?

According to the book Lighting the Light Within by Dick Sutphenthere are 20 Universal Laws available to us. The Law of Vibrational Attainment defines that all matter is energy vibrating at a particular frequency, and this energy cannot die.

We are constantly changing our awareness of focus on what we are experiencing. Energy is always in motion, going forward or backward in linear terms. 

Cycles of Existence

All of creation has cycles and rounds of existence. This particular round of “Brahma”, or life, has now turned the corner from being the densest, most compact vibration. In linear terms this consciousness experience has outstretched the All About The Universal Law Of Vibrational Attainment | In5D.comfurthest away from the Creator of the experience.

As we return towards Creator, the Law of Vibrational Attainment defines that we have to raise our vibration to match the space that is closer to Creator.

As Earth moves into a higher vibration that is less dense, there is more “space” between her particles which allow for more light particles to enter into this space.

The more light we carry within our bodies, the higher our vibration will be, as creation is composed of light, vibration, and sound.
All planets have consciousness, and planet Earth is fulfilling her role as a place to experience physicality. She has served creation by allowing the densest energies of the solar system and possibly theUniverse to be experienced in and on her bodyIn a way, she is a spaceship flying through the Universe and we are riding her in our own miniature versions of her (our bodies).

Why Vibrational Resonance matters today

In order to stay in physicality on Earth, a human body must match the vibration of the planet he or she chooses to experience.

Earth has many spaces to choose from likened to layers of energy connected to each other, or more commonly expressed as dimensions. Just as Earth is multidimensional, so are humans. As Earth moves her consciousness to a higher dimension, she opens the door for humans to follow her. This door to the higher dimensions has been closed for approximately 26,000 years.

Earth fell into lower vibrational density with the fall of Atlantis . . .

Not only was it “time” for a cycle of darkness astrologically, but some humans chose domination and control over others and they abused power and technologies for service to self applications.Atlanteans relied on a vary large red crystal as a source of energy and for healing the body to allow humans to live for several hundreds of All About The Universal Law Of Vibrational Attainment | In5D.comyears. This crystal was destroyed with the fall and its pieces sank to the bottom of the ocean where the Bermuda Triangle now exists.
As we now move astrologically into a Golden Age or light filled opportunity, humans must show that if their powers return, they will not abuse themPower is knowledge and with knowledge comes a great responsibility. If humanity is not capable of being responsible, then the remembrance of the power and capability of the human body at the time of Atlantis will not be restored, and humanity will be culled out once again.  We are moving rapidly toward mastering this responsibility this time around.
Those who are attempting to master the principle of vibration realize that we are here to raise our vibrational frequency as the planet raises her frequency.

The higher consciousness waves of energy have been showering the planet due to the astrological alignment of Earth in the Universe at this time. This higher consciousness allows parts of the brain to expand which helps us to remember the task at hand. Knowledge of what is happening in our bodies and with our emotions makes the transition in vibration easier to manage.
Creation is infinite and our bodies are a microcosm of our planet as it is made from the same elements of our planet. Our planet is a microcosm of the solar system, and our solar system is a microcosm of our Universe. Earth is changing at the moment by shifting her consciousness to a higher vibrational way of being. When she does this, it raises the base consciousness of the solar system and Universe because everything is connected. Earth and Mars are the last planets to join the solar system in a higher vibrational consciousness.
Humans that are unaware of the change in consciousness may have a very hard time adapting, All About The Universal Law Of Vibrational Attainment | In5D.combecause without conscious focus of intention to raise the body’s vibration, lower vibrational energies scamper around looking for a place to exist. The emotional body is designed to help transmute these lower energies into something else when the body is properly functioning.
Many people on the planet today are existing in improperly functioning bodies due to the plan of those who do not wish for Earth and humans to vibrate out of their attainment.

When enough people bring their bodies into proper alignment with healing and activation, the mass inclusion of light in the body will trigger the merkaba ascension in those who completed their work.
Those that have not chosen ascension or were not able to awaken in time to complete their work before the ascension energies are triggered will be drawn to continue their experiences in another planet that matches their vibration, due to the Universal Law of Vibrational Attainment. They will then have another opportunity as that planet ascends to have the experience of being inundated with light and ascending with that planet.

The Highest Vibrational Attainment

The highest vibrational attainment in this round of creation is love, and this vibrational frequency can be found in the fifth chakra of the body- the heart.

Earth is ascending to a fifth dimensional frequency and in order to join Earth in love we must match the vibration through thoughts and intention of love. By sharing love with others without judgment or conditions, we can as individuals help the whole in attaining a higher vibration if they choose to accept it, since we are all connected.

Eventually all parts of creation will make their way back to love. It may take some people another 26,000 years but in the end it will seem like no time has passed at all.

Each soul will have its unique experience due to the Law of Vibrational Attainment as they have the free will to vibrate at whatever frequency they choose.

What Are the Symptoms Of Not Being Grounded?

There are several symptoms of not being grounded.
Some are more mental/emotional and others more physical. Mood swings, being distracted, disorientated, forgetfulness and short term memory loss, unable to focus or concentrate, day-dreamy, clumsy, inability to finish tasks, sensitivity to noise, feeling sleepy, general intolerance are a few traits that result from not being grounded.

Physical symptoms are due to an imbalance of energetic flow. Of course, not all physical symptoms are a result of not being grounded, they could be from dis-ease within the body from other causes.
When we are not groundedthere is ''excessive" spiritual pranic energy in some levels of our being, while the cells are trying to "keep up" with the absorption and assimilation. These symptoms include headaches,backache, shoulder strain, eyestrain, nausea, dizziness, palpitations and other manifestations in vulnerable organs.

This is my understanding of "grounding", learnt from different sources and from experience in my life so far!
We are spiritual beings having a human experience here on planet earth; to be fully congruent with physical reality, it is important to be grounded.
In the journey of ascension, ie attaining a higher and higher level of consciousness, we are growing spiritually into becoming more and more of our true Divine self.

In the process of unfolding into a higher vibration being of Love and Light, from Man-self to God-self, we often "lose touch" with reality of our physical life, or, we get into a state of imbalance with the slower vibration of the body.

When we are grounded, our higher vibration spirit-self feels comfortable and safe in our physical body, its temple. When we are grounded, we have a more conscious experience of everyday life, with a higher or more all-rounded awareness. When we are not grounded, we tend to live a half-conscious, machine-like existence and daily mundane routines can feel very tedious.

Everything in life strives for balance

Understanding the consequences of not being grounded, it brings us to the importance of it.
To be able to achieve any goal, we need to be fully present. To enjoy our life, at home, at work, and in any activity, we need to be in alignment of mind-body-spirit. When we are grounded we do things with a more conscious awareness and we do things to our best ability. It can be anything from cooking, playing sport, doing homework, writing for an magazine ;) or even just socialising; we take charge in a masterful way. Being more focused spiritually in a body, means less effort and struggle, but "going with the flow" with the pulse of life in human form.

Grounding improves the way of life as it brings more joy, pleasure and fulfillment when we achieve our best potential in everything we do. There is more harmony in every relationship,ie as a child, a parent, a worker, a partner, friendships or just dealing with anyone in general.
Often when we are not grounded, others have to make up for our failings, or we cause stress in our-self and those connected to us.
Being grounded means we are not a burden and wherever we are, we "feel at home".
In creating heaven on earth, ie manifesting Spirit in Matter, in our grounded state, we can be a better instrument or channel on earthing Divine energy of Love and Light. We are able to accept that there is a higher purpose in life and not just achieving our personal goals and dreams.
There are many different ways of grounding

Each person finds what works best for them. Personally, I love carrying stones, or wearing gemstones or lying on pebbles and sitting on rocks whenever I am able. The most grounding stones I wear include black onyx, haematite, iron pyrite, smokey quartz, garnet, red jasper, black as well as green tourmaline.
Being with nature is very balancing and easy grounding...hugging a tree, walking barefoot on grass and in the sand (or just walking barefoot anywhere!!) is an easy technique for grounding.
Physical activities such as running, swimming, yoga or other exercise, dancing and gardening are very grounding. Eating (wisely!) is another great way to be grounded.

The simple Meditation or visualisations I use for grounding:

1) Roots growing out from my feet into the ground below, anchoring me to Mother Earth.

 A silver or bright white beam of light from the cosmos, entering the crown of my head, through the spine and out through the base of my spine, entering deep into the ground beneath me.

 I visualise myself in the centre of two interlocking triangles; a downward facing triangle and an upward facing triangle, forming a six-point star, with myself in the middle.
This is derived from the Hindu tradition of using a "Yantra". A Yantra is a geometric design used as a "support" instrument when shifting into higher levels of consciousness. There are several different variations of Yantra, the Sri Yantra being the most widely used; my visualisation is very simplified but effective for me.In the shift of consciousness, it is important that meditation and grounding are part of our daily routine, and should be as regular as brushing our teeth! We are responsible for our individual spiritual growth which adds to the whole splendour of Universal Oneness.

I use simple affirmations to ground myself- 'please ground me, Thank you.', 'I am grounded. Thank you.'

Here is an experiment to test if you are grounded, get a friend to help you with this experiment. Stand on one leg and raise both your arms to shoulder level so they are parallel with the ground.

Next ask your friend to press down on one arm, while you try to keep your balance. You will definitely tip over, but observed how much effort you have use to resist before you tip over. Now say the affirmation and repeat the experiment again, you will be able to maintain your balance easily.

Try it out, let me know if it works for you, here are some more ways to get grounded, get a rubber wristband, write the word grounded on it and wear it, then try the experiment, place a sticker on your yoga mat with the word grounded and then stand on the mat and do the experiment.

Gateway Opening


Many of us can feel the squeezing and pushing effect of a gateway opening.
When a gateway is approaching us and Earth, we feel the energy of it days before it fully arrives.
We always have preparation time before crossing a gateway and entering into a new, higher vibrational energy space.
The energies of an approaching gateway 'pushes our buttons', stimulating us to let go of old beliefs, ideas, karmic or stuck energies and essentially anything that we do not need to (nor want to) drag into the new energy space.
Therefore the preparation time can be an intense experience for many.
Depending on our individual soul plan, each of us can be affected differently before and after crossing a gateway.
When we are ready on the soul level to shift up to a higher level of awareness, and also to interact with higher vibrational energies, then a gateway crossing is a significant event in our lives and soul journey.
We cannot really know what awaits us on the other side of the gateway, but we can clearly feel the pressure of the approaching energies within our physical, mental and emotional bodies.
(Mostly we just want to sleep as we feel tired with no apparent reason.)
The pressure that we feel is in fact a clear indicator of the new space that we are about to enter.
It is crucial for us to have preparation time, because our bodies needs to be ready to interact with the new energies of our new space.
Therefore we need time to release energy blockages from our physical body, old beliefs from our awareness and certain emotions that would not serve us well in the new space.
None of this is an easy task.
However, the more we manage to deal with the old, the more we will be able to benefit from our new space and all that it has to offer us, ones we have crossed over.
If we take our old 'baggage' into the new, that means we will still be dealing with our old issues, instead of fully merging with the new and benefiting from it.

We are having these universal events over and over again as these gateways are an extremely important part of the Earth's and our ascension process.
We feel the pressure of the gateways and we might feel that their energies are 'pushing' us and that is actually correct. If we need the 'push' to move forward then that is what we are experiencing.
But, if we surrender to these energies and acknowledge the importance of the preparation time, releasing everything that needs to be left behind, then we will have a different experience with each gateway.

huge gateway is opening currently and I know many of you can feel the effect of it.
Therefore I would like to encourage you all to be prepared for the crossing, so you will be able to fully merge with the new on the other side of this gateway.


Sharing the above article with all of you, I have personally detected 3 gateways or portal that is opening in April, this is the reason for posting the affirmations that I hope will keep us safe and sound. I am unable to tell you what exactly will happen when these energy portals open but they definitely have a strong influence in our life, as the energies are very strong we might unknowingly manifest unwanted things into our life so it is important to neutralize all negative probable futures for you and your family everyday,
The effects of these energies may have an adverse effect on the people and places that you meet or visit, so it is wise to neutralize the negative effects of your surrounding area and the people in your surrounding area.

How to Protect Your Health Against Toxic Behavior

Several years ago, I was fortunate to meet a lady named Deborah at a fasting clinic in northern California. I had several conversations with Deborah over the course of a year, and what I remember most is that her kindness was amazingly genuine - I sensed that she had done a lot of inner work to identify the life principles that she strove to live by.
One day, I asked Deborah why she chose to eat her meals alone rather than with other fasting guests. After a beat of silence, she told me that she was getting some negative vibes from another guest, and that she felt that it was best for her resting experience to stay away from that energy. I remember her using the word "toxic" to describe the other guest's energy - not in a malicious way, but with a thoughtful and observational tone.
Deborah's thoughts on avoiding unnecessary toxic energy have stayed with me over the years. I feel that this facet of living is a vastly underrated determinant of health and overall quality of life. We know that our emotional health status has constant influence over the health of every organ system in our bodies, particularly our nervous and endocrine systems. And clearly, our emotional health is largely affected by our daily interactions with others. So it stands to reason that learning how to identify and effectively deal with toxic influences are important skills to develop when looking to experience optimal health.
How to Identify Toxic Behavior
Generally speaking, I think it's safe to say that a person is toxic to your health if his or her behavior makes you feel bad on a regular basis. Clearly, there are exceptions to this guideline. For example, if a close friend or family member shares a concern about your behavior with a spirit of wanting to improve your relationship, you may feel bad and your sense of emotional well-being may take a temporary hit, but it doesn't make sense to label such friends or family members as being toxic.
What follows are specific patterns of behavior that I believe fall into the "toxic-to-your-health" category:
  1. Attempting to intimidate you by yelling or becoming violent in any manner (slamming a door is a violent act).
  2. Consistently talking down at you, sending the message that he or she is just plain better than you.
  3. Regularly telling you what he or she thinks is wrong with you.
  4. Slandering others behind their backs i.e. trying to engage you in gossip that is hurtful to others.
  5. Spending the bulk of your conversations complaining about his or her life and others.
  6. Discouraging you from pursuing your interests and dreams when you are capable of doing so without hurting or burdening others.
  7. Attempting to take advantage of your kindness and resources, and trying to make you feel guilty if you don't do what he or she wants.
How to Deal With Toxic People and Behavior
So how do you preserve your health after you have identified a person as being toxic to your health? The answer depends on the role that the toxic person plays in your life. Although it is virtually impossible to categorize all such people into neat boxes, I tend to think of them as belonging to one of the following groups:
Group 1: H&G (Hi and Good Bye)
Examples of people who belong in this category:
Unkind customer service representatives
People who exhibit road rage
Strangers on the street
How to protect your health against such people:
  1. First, think carefully about your own behavior to see if you may have done or said something to cause the other party's behavior.
  2. If you can identify something that you did that likely offended the other party, if possible, offer a sincere apology. If he or she accepts your apology, things work out well for both parties. If your apology is not accepted, you can at least walk away with some peace of mind, knowing that you owned up to your behavior.
  3. If you cannot think of anything that you did that could have offended the other party, give him or her a silent "H&G" and walk away. Confronting the other party about unkind behavior is not likely to be fruitful. Since you don't have to co-exist on a regular basis, you can take the mindset of "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." In other words, the other party's unkind behavior is on him or her; he or she will reap natural consequences in due time.
Group 2: No real need to be close, but contact is frequent due to life circumstances
Examples of people who belong in this category:
Fellow students
Members of groups that you regularly meet with (church, book club, sports club, etc.)
How to protect your health against such people:
  1. As before, start by examining your own behavior to see if you can come up with a reasonable cause for the other person's unacceptable behavior. If you cannot come up with a reason for the other party's behavior, find someone who you can trust to be as objective and honest as possible, and explain the conflict as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Ask for honest feedback on how you might have triggered the other party's behavior. Be sure to state that you aren't looking for someone to take your side, but that you are looking to get an objective read of the situation.
  2. If appropriate, apologize for your behavior. If you and your adviser have thought long and hard about the conflict and cannot identify anything that you need to apologize for, work on developing compassion for the other party.
    Most will agree that people are not born to be mean-spirited and toxic to others. People can become mean-spirited and toxic to others for varying periods of time if they encounter enough hurt, disappointment, or anger in their own journeys. Maybe the other person is jealous of you and consumed by his own failures. Maybe she is just going through a really rough time due to a loss in the family. Maybe he has never truly felt cared about by another person. Maybe the other person has been treated so poorly by family members that sensitivity has been numbed and she has no idea that you feel like you have been mistreated. The idea is to generate enough compassion for the other person to overpower or at least quell your hurt feelings.
    This doesn't mean that you need to be a martyr or a doormat and go asking for another three tight slaps to your other cheek. Developing some compassion for another person's toxic behavior is meant to prevent said behavior from causing you to stew and stay emotionally unbalanced for a long time after the actual moment of conflict. And if the other party has or develops the courage to apologize to you, having some pre-made compassion available in your heart improves your chances of offering genuine forgiveness and experiencing that much more emotional harmony.
  3. After you have worked on developing compassion for the other person's circumstances, if you haven't received an apology, be kind, but don't push for a make-up session. An important part of experiencing emotional balance is learning to teach others that you expect to be treated with kindness and respect. To seek out a make-up session when you have done nothing wrong and the other party has not mustered up the courage to apologize is to teach him or her that you can be walked on - not a good lesson to give.
Group 3: Ideal to be close
Examples of people who belong in this category:
Immediate family members
Friends that you have good reason to respect
How to protect your health against such people:
  1. Go through the first two steps outlined above; try to figure out if you did something wrong, and apologize if you can think of something.
  2. While it's important that you teach family members and close friends how you expect to be treated, in some cases, it may be necessary for you to seek out a make-up session even if the other party has not apologized for his or her behavior.
    For example, if it was your spouse who mistreated you, and he or she has not apologized, if you know from experience that he or she is not likely to initiate a conversation that can lead to healing, and a top priority for you is to have your children grow up in a mostly peaceful and love-filled environment, it may be best for you to reach out first. By reaching out first in such a scenario, the hope is that you inspire your partner to edge closer to taking more responsibility for his or her actions during the next conflict. Clearly, this proactive and almost martyr-like approach to increase understanding and intimacy is most appropriate in situations where you are deeply committed to the long term relationship at hand.

When you find yourself in a situation that is not to your liking, your focus should be with the solution and not the problem. You want to use the energy to create the ideal condition and not to energize the problem further. Some of us do use energy to manifest but we sometimes unknowingly set a limit to what we can have. If you can manifest a big house, there is no reason to worry about the budget, let the energy do the work, take care of the details for you. Your work is only to make the wish, feel the joy and emotions of having your wish come true, the details of how it will come about  are not your concern.

We can learn to be grateful by counting our blessings, look at your life now, have things change for you, are more things coming into your life bringing more joy and happiness to you. Are things, people and issues that bother you in the past  been dropping away, and the people around you now are more enjoyable to be with? Be grateful and give thanks to all of these and more will be added upon you, live everyday of your life with gratefulness and joy, and you will find that it gets better and better always.

You might like to check if you have emotions of the memories, thought and beliefs that prevents you from achieving what you want to achieve, neutralize these and transform them into the most appropriate energy for you to achieve what you want.

Méline: This is a message given to me from the Fairies and the elves while sitting under the trees in Avebury. It was an audio channeling and I have to quote it as it was shared through me.
Fairies: Beloved Portia we are the Elves and the Fairy kingdoms and we wish to convey a message through you. The message is to stay grounded in the upcoming days, to be relaxed as much as possible. There is a huge changeover that is taking place at this time, that is being instigated since the Blood moon and this rather on the Physical reality than on the Ethereal reality (which means that it is in our Now moment in our Earthly reality). This changeover will assist you, you and Humanity into adeeper process of re-Union with the Twin Flames as well as Union with SELF. Not only with Self and the Twin Flames but also a huge changeover and makeover of this entire Matrix on Planet Earth.
There will be veils lifted, there will be processes that will bring you into an intense clearing as well as purification.
We do realize that this is taking place for such a long time but
now it is one of the most intense processes that Humanity will go through
as we are set in the Middle and the Center of the point of the Galactic systems and Nations for everything is being brought into balance and into a Zero Point.
This Zero point will assist Humanity in this Ascension process to let go of all the time-lines of past incarnations and life forms and to assist in being in the Now so that everything that is being in the Now is Union, is Oneness and this for the collective as well as for Planet Earth.
The Matrix will change in such a deep and grand way that most of Humanity will reach
(this is the point of view in the NOW) the other side of the veil so to speak, but a lot of people will be confused and it is our request and advice for you to be grounded and to be there for whomever may require your assistance. Whether it would be with patience, Love and services or through other ways. Whatever is best and serving the highest best, you will be guided to do so and to offer this.
As for people who will not be awakened at the time,hard times will come but realize that these hard times will be “hard” to wake these souls up and to bring those into a deeper realization and inner knowing.
