DO TAKE NOTE OF THESE IMPORTANT QUOTES FROM SANDRA'S MESSAGE

. . . it is so important to open your heart right now to all that is.
This Solar Cosmic Christ light coming onto the planet right now is of a supreme nature.

If you forgo all of the lower self’s desire for stability, companionship or the need to serve in a recognizable way, and commit to aligning everything with a complete embodiment of the Christ, you will affect hundreds of thousands of people, including the loved ones of your Soul Group for whom you care so deeply.

The Cosmic Christ anchors through the April 14 eclipse, which is our next Gateway. The waves continue through June with increasing intensity. We don’t know what the aftermath will be after receiving waves of Divinity like this, let’s just open up to whatever is available for our personal journeys. . . .This passage through the June Solstice is pure divinity.
...commitment to Source-as-Self as the gateways open for the return of Solar Cosmic Christ Consciousness.

Sandra Walter – The Cosmic Christ Return: Fulfilling The Promise – 28 March 2014

SandraWalterBlessings Beloved Light Tribe,
The Equinox Gateway opened a powerful flow of Solar Cosmic Christ energetics. Deep gratitude to everyone who is participating in welcoming this new wave of Cosmic Christ light. It is GLORIOUS and continues to amplify and pour into the grid systems. It will be fully anchored by the Eclipse on April 14, steadily increasing the demand for Peace within and without. It is a divine service to all of HUmanity; please remember that as the timeline split sensation grows more intense.
I hold everyone in my heart who is going through this activation. There is much to reveal here, and I will do my best to be clear. My communication is changing, primarily because of a recent commitment and partially because of steps to first contact. There is so much going on, I would love to have a complete telepathic exchange with you. Words don’t capture the intensity of some of these experiences. However there are still 3 months of work left to this Gateway which require clarity in my current role of service. I will attempt a play-by-play style to get the details grounded here.
The Equinox Gate
In the days before the Equinox as the wave came in, I saw giant thick rays of light pouring into the gates around and on Mount Shasta. It looked different from the usual pillar-type light we see during a gate opening. More like streams of golden crystalline light arching into the gates, the curved light which in my experience indicates divine assistance focusing the streams into specific channels. It indicates caution with magnetic balancing as well. As we were told prior to the Equinox, the Higher Realms are amplifying this wave of Solar Cosmic Christ light.
Gateways are typically 7 days long (very biblical), opening 3 days before and 3 days after. They are awindow of opportunity to elevate consciousness. Since we have so many HUmans demanding acceleration (though many are not prepared for the results of those demands) and quite a few who are ready to take on new levels of consciousness, it triggers a pre-arranged agreement. This is why it is so important to open your heart right now to all that is. We have turning points where co-creation between lower and higher realms fulfill the criteria of the Golden Age.
This passage though the June Solstice is pure divinity. I now realize why all of those shadowy beings were vacating prior to this wave – it’s a disharmony killer, and anything caught sticking around too long will be destroyed. Kindwhile, the harmony amplifications are intense and pushing the first-wavers of transcendence to the surface.
Preparations
A week before Equinox my heart center began expanding in a very physical way. I heard the message to isolate, so I spent a few nights alone in the wilderness on the east side of the mountain doing gatework. I felt consistent activity in the chest, paired with crystalline activations in the spine, brain, and high heart. It was different from the usual activity. It became so strong that I created a guided activation for the Ascension Course to open up the participants for what was coming.
The Commitment
Weeks before the Equinox I was presented with a new level of commitment. It came through like amarriage proposal; a complete dedication to embody the Solar Cosmic Christ, forsaking all other choices and timelines. I was given some time to consider this, and in that passage I watched timelines of lower choices play out and dissolve. Not lower choices as in bad or negative, just simpler, more comfortable ways of going through the Shift. Some choices contained peaceful homes, some were shared with others in relationships, some had me back in the city teaching Ascension, one had me traveling and meeting up with the tribe, some showed a sheltered life of dedication to spirit. I have deep love and compassion for those I have spent many lifetimes with, and saw timelines where we get to cross paths again. While all of those are lovely experiences, I have had them, over and over during my incarnations here.
Clearly this new commitment was a vow to the New, which I thought I had taken already. What was being asked of me was a commitment to the unknown which would go beyond the surrender I was engaged to. You see the terms I AM using here: Engaged to surrender vs. Committing to the permanent relationship ’til Ascension do we merge.
I had a few hours of conversation with my Divine Entourage about all of this, as I was frustrated that the journey was somehow not good enough yet. I set it aside as the gateway began, knowing my choice would change everything for me. My own worthiness nonsense dissolved as I received answers the night before Equinox.
My Higher Self, looking more like my Christed Self, stepped forth and spoke a message which mirrored Yeshua’s message last year about his Gethsemane experience. I received a glimpse into the affect it will have on our global Ascension process, Gaia herself, and my Soul Group.  This was the potent part of the message for me:
If you forgo all of the lower self’s desire for stability, companionship or the need to serve in a recognizable way, and commit to aligning everything with a complete embodiment of the Christ, you will affect hundreds of thousands of people, including the loved ones of your Soul Group for whom you care so deeply.
Visions of the transformation came to me and I burst into tears. I saw others taking this on – the Solar Cosmic Christ in its true embodiment. We lit up around the globe, amplifying each other. We can see and feel each other, and the Higher realms are clearly visible. After the message and vision sank in, I made my choice. In the middle of a freezing cold night on Shasta, I said a final Yes to complete embodiment and surrendered my other timelines.
It is not martyrdom or becoming a savior; I have had those kinds of journeys laden with vows of poverty, preaching, ridicule and isolation, and they no longer serve. It is a level of alignment with the greater mission – forsaking all other possibilities, moment by moment, for as long as it takes to raise the consciousness on this planet. A commitment to Source-as-Self as the gateways open for the return of Solar Cosmic Christ Consciousness.
Personal experience of the Solar Cosmic Christ activation
Powerful gateway work and many global meditations assisted on the Equinox. Thick channels of Christed light came rushing into the grid systems and the encodements for harmony were, and are, strong.  Most gatekeepers were focused on stabilizing magnetics since this light has such a supreme frequency. We continue to do so as it amplifies through the eclipse.
That day I was experiencing a new merge of Source consciousness in my lifestream. Golden light rushed out from my heart without effort or warning. It pushed apart my shoulders and I felt my ribcage popping and adjusting to its demands. The great tractor beam from my High Heart to Source kept strengthening, surging for hours on end. At Sunset, as I stood atop a high ridge sungazing and taking in all that is, I experienced the effects of my commitment. My I AM presence surrounded me, like the classic Ascended Master tube of light. My Christed Self began to merge with me, pushing forth through the heart center. Infinity symbols traced up and down my spine and across my chest. My heart center encompassed the multiverse in a flash. The frequency of love was so overwhelming that I sobbed at the setting Sun, deeply and completely in love with all that is.
Since then life feels even more dream-like, very romantic, and very Solar in the Heart. I AM aware of the final falling away of what I was. The activations continue, and some of the heart center movement is radical. Dreamstate is laden with mission work and precognitive metaphors. I tested myself by engaging with a few conversations online, as if I needed to prove that I could still do both worlds. It didn’t serve, and I don’t desire that right now, so I AM at minimal participation. This activation is anchoring a permanent state of beingness, and the commitment is more important than anything else.
The Timeline Split sensation
This Solar Cosmic Christ light coming onto the planet right now is of a supreme nature. We have been able to experience glimpses of our own divinity in the past, and now we are at the stage of fulfillment of the prophecy. It may feel like we are lifting out of the collective reality for good. I do feel this is true for those making the choice to prioritize active participation in their own Ascension. Little by little, more and more of us is disappearing through these gateways. We felt it last year and now we see why; timelines drop away – sometimes with people attached to them – as we make our choices. Blessings upon everyone making the choice to level up.
Dreamstate Metaphors
For your own interpretation: I had two significant dreams yesterday. In the first dream I was in a park, picking up eagle feathers which were laying in the grass, like a path to follow. The feather trail led to a very leafy tree where a golden eagle (brown eagle) was hiding. He was huge, and sitting in the tree with his wing extended downward, like he was pointing to the feather trail left for me. He looked like a native drawing with his beak tucked toward his chest. As I approached he took flight and swooped in a huge arc, turned into a bald eagle, then landed on the ground in the grass. The dream ended. St. Germain uses eagles in our exchanges, and since he has been very busy with the financial system overhaul, I feel this is a good omen.
The second dream was about timelines. I was in Chicago, where many of my timeline dreams occur (I used to live there). The roads were full of electric cable cars (like the elevated train, only on the ground) with hundreds of overhead cable lines. The trains were changing routes consistently until an intersection presented, a corner I used to run by regularly when I lived there, and the trains chose their paths at the last second. I decided before the turn in the road to follow a train car marked WT-6. Oddly enough, on that corner there is a giant statue of Goethe with an eagle on his knee. This morning as I wrote it down, my Higher Self hinted that it was W T minus 6, as in 6 days until WT. I have not heard confirmation of what the letters represent; World Transmission keeps coming up.
Both dreams feel like indications of a significant change very soon, which would coincide with the messages that April is going to be pivotal for the Shift.
The Gatekeeper’s Passion
These intense waves of light are my passion, and I intend to spend my consciousness on bringing them in, experiencing them, and balancing whenever called to do so. The Cosmic Christ anchors through the April 14 eclipse, which is our next Gateway. The waves continue through June with increasing intensity. We don’t know what the aftermath will be after receiving waves of Divinity like this, let’s just open up to whatever is available for our personal journeys. Welcome forth the Divine Love, it is asking us to commit to our highest acts of service.

Make a decision and then make the decision right. Line up your Energy with it. In most cases, it doesn't really matter what you decide. Just decide. There are endless options that would serve you enormously well, and all or any one of them is better than no decision.

Excerpted from the workshop: Orlando, FL on February 21, 1998

Our Love,
Esther (and Abraham and Jerry)

Last night at my relative's wake, I met up with some other relatives whom I have not met for along time. It was fun catching up on each other's lives, updating ourselves about our children and ourselves. The pastor was giving his sermon about Jesus and making the decision to follow him. He was telling everyone to choose, make a choice, between a successful life and a life of failure. Your true friends are there to celebrate your success and not put you down. I agree with him about making a choice, he sees Jesus as his Savior and it is clear to him that he is on the right road home. He bravely made his decision to follow Jesus all the way even though he might be despise by his friends and relatives.

I am not preaching the gospel here, I am saying this is what it should be, if you believe, go all the way, right or wrong is not the issue, it is the strength to stand behind your conviction that is important. I enjoyed the night there talking with the relatives about energy and health, and pointed out some websites which might be helpful to them. ( The Message from Water- Dr M. Emoto)

The energy is constantly changing, this brings about many changes to everyone, do not get hang up on any paradigm, the only thing to do is to keep monitoring and adjusting your energy, watch the people around you and you will have some idea about when the energy has change, check it and adjust accordingly for your best good.

As dowsers, we can check for answers about anything we come across, use this wisely, if people you first met are out to con you, you will know because you would have check them out before even having made contact with them. The more you dowse, the better your sixth sense will be, you will be able to smell a rat a mile away. I have come across some people recently that were not of good intentions, a simple check on their spiritual light level immediately reveal to me where they are coming from. Just ask your dowsing system ' What is the spiritual light level of this person?' If you get a minus reading, stay far away from this toxic person, you will only get into problems if you associate with him or her. Check your own spiritual light level once in awhile, and if you are low ask your dowsing system to raise it, ask for love and light to be installed into you.

Thank You! I Love You!
I Appreciate You!
Best Wishes to All.

Everything is Energy

I visited a relative last Friday at the hospital where he was warded in, he was on the last stage of his illness and could not speak as he was having cancer at the throat and esophagus. At the ward, I saw his soul waiting outside his body and I knew it was time for him to pass over. I held his hand, and through using energy I communicated with him, I showed him the light and urge him to move into the love. He was hesitant at first and I ask my spirit guides to help him with the journey home. Physically I could see his eyes closing, going into a meditative state, I ask his son who was there at his bedside if he had slept for all these time. He told me that even if he slept his eyes did not close, I spend about half an hour with both of them and said my goodbyes. The patient opened his eyes and looked at me as I was leaving, as if he was telling me, he understood and was happy. He passed on the same evening.

Energy works is not all about healing the body, it is possible to communicate beyond our present reality with energy, when you are dowsing you are actually in the realm of the Spirit, the true reality of what you are composed of- Energy. I see many people caught up with what is good to take for the body, is it from an organic source, or what my destiny is going to be, will I be able to hang on to my job, is this the correct path for me to take? Well what is your destiny? Is there such a thing called destiny? Do you like where you are now? Or is it fear that is bothering you? Many of us just would not take up the responsibility to choose and do what we want, we look for something to blame on, some reason to avoid making a decision, and it is alright. If you have a good understanding of energy you can change things, you can have whatever you want without moving away from what you are doing now.

'Your conscience is the measure of the honesty of your selfishness. Listen to it carefully.'

'To bring anything into your life, imagine that it's already there.'

The above quotes are from 'Illusions'- The Journey of a Reluctant Messiah.

If you have been using dowsing or energy to improve your life and making positive changes for yourself and your family, then you have truly become a everyday shaman or magician, this is available for everyone, you need no invitation or qualifications, just do it!

What Lies Beneath the Robes: Are Buddhist Monasteries Suitable Places for Children? ~ Adele Wilde-Blavatsky

“I think this [sexual abuse in monasteries] is something we should look at. It’s very important that people don’t forget: Buddhism and Buddhist are two different entities. Buddhism is perfect. Buddhists are not.” ~ Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche

“Whenever one person stands up and says ‘wait a minute, this is wrong,” it helps other people to do the same.” ~ Gloria Steinem

Bhutan Issues Condoms for Monks

This month is the sacred month of Saga Dawa, when millions of Buddhists celebrate the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment and parinirvana (passing away) over 2500 years ago. Ironically, this same month, in the tiny Buddhist kingdom of Bhutan, it was reported that health authorities are making condoms available at all Buddhist monastic schools in a bid to stem the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV among young monks who are supposed to be celibate.
According to one newspaper, warning signs of risky behavior among monks first appeared in 2009, when a report on risks and vulnerabilities of adolescents revealed that monks were engaging in “thigh sex” (in which a man uses another man’s clenched thighs for masturbation), according to the state-owned Kuensel Daily.

On the one hand, this is a shocking story about the moral degeneration of the Buddhist community, with supposedly celibate Buddhist monks engaging in sexual activity. On the other hand, it is a positive sign of a conservative, Buddhist society opening up and acknowledging there is a serious problem of sexual misconduct in their monastic institutions.

The point of taking monastic celibacy vows is to show one’s commitment and intention to renounce attachment to sexual desire that, from the Buddhist viewpoint, causes many different types of physical and mental suffering. Some might think “thigh sex” (if consensual) is a minor transgression. Yet, one might also question if this was really what the Buddha intended when he spoke about the path of celibacy?
In any case, whatever one might think about “thigh sex” between consenting adult monks, if they are contracting HIV and other STDs, that generally means full penetrative sex (with men or women); penetrative sex is a clear breach of their vows and the Buddha’s teachings on monastic discipline and ethics.
Over the last few years, I have heard several stories of monastic sexual misconduct and abuse in Tibetan monasteries in exile. At times it is difficult to distinguish what is second-hand gossip and what is based on facts or direct personal experience. Melvyn C. Goldstein also referred to the sexual activity of monks in his book History of a Modern Tibet (Vol 2) and Lama Shree Narayan Singh has also written about the historical origin of ‘thigh sex’ in Tibet; however, up until recently, very few Tibetans have taken the brave step of ‘going public’ with their personal experiences.

The Rape of Kalu Rinpoche

Kalu
Kalu Rinpoche
In October 2011, a famous and highly-respected reincarnate Tibetan Buddhist master, Kalu Rinpoche, posted a Youtube video in which he reveals the abuse he suffered as a young monk at the hands of adult monks in his monastery. Rinpoche’s allegations caused shockwaves within the Tibetan Buddhist community (particularly his western students). Since that time, I have not heard any Tibetan Buddhist teacher (especially those connected with Kalu Rinpoche) publicly respond to his allegations, let alone suggest there be a formal investigation and those responsible brought to account. One can only hope Kalu Rinpoche’s video exposure of this serious issue has not gone to waste and been brushed under the carpet in the hope that people might forget about it. Rinpoche recently gave an interview in which he details the rape he suffered:
Kalu says that when he was in his early teens, he was sexually abused by a gang of older monks who would visit his room each week. When I bring up the concept of “inappropriate touching,” he laughs edgily. This was hard-core sex, he says, including penetration. “Most of the time, they just came alone,” he says. “They just banged the door harder, and I had to open. I knew what was going to happen, and after that you become more used to it.” It wasn’t until Kalu returned to the monastery after his three-year retreat that he realized how wrong this practice was. By then the cycle had begun again on a younger generation of victims, he says. Kalu’s claims of sexual abuse mirror those of Lodoe Senge, an ex-monk and 23-year-old tulku who now lives in Queens, New York. “When I saw the video,” Senge says of Kalu’s confessions, “I thought, ‘Shit, this guy has the balls to talk about it when I didn’t even have the courage to tell my girlfriend.’” Senge was abused, he says, as a 5-year-old by his own tutor, a man in his late twenties, at a monastery in India.
If that weren’t bad enough, Kalu Rinpoche’s former incarnation was himself accused of sexually exploiting June Campbell, his former female student and translator. Her story is just one in a number of cases of sexually predatory and exploitative conduct by male Tibetan Buddhist teachers towards their (mainly western) female students (see Mary Finnigan’s recent article “The Lamas who give Tibetan Buddhism a bad name”).
Putting aside the issue of sexual misconduct and abuse, much has also been said and written about on the everyday specter of violence as corporal punishment within Tibetan monasteries. Stories of excessive corporal punishment and violence in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries are commonplace.
One Tibetan man I know very well (who was a monk for 15 years from the age of 12) told me that physical beating of young monks was the norm in his monastery. He related a story to me of how as a young adolescent he was held down on a bed by four adult monks and beaten with a heavy stick for the minor infraction of being late to morning puja. I can also personally verify that there was a violent incident at a respected Kagyu monastery in Nepal a few years ago, where a young monk used a meat cleaver to attack another young monk about the head and body, almost killing him in the process.
How was it dealt with by the monastery? Instead of handing him over to the police on an attempted murder charge, the monk was kicked out of the monastery and no more was said about it. Such conduct would have resulted in a criminal investigation in the UK.

Children, Mass Monasticism and a Culture of Silence

For centuries, it has been the cultural practice in Tibet (which has continued in exile) to send very young children to monasteries. The children are sent for a variety of reasons, including devout religious belief, education, poverty and a lack of family support. As Melvyn C Goldstein explains in Tibetan Buddhism and Mass Monasticism:
In Tibet, monks were almost always recruited as very young children through the agency of their parents or guardians. It was considered important to recruit monks before they had experienced sexual relations with girls, so monks were brought to the monastery as young boys, usually between the ages of 6-12. On the other hand, it was not considered important what these boys themselves felt about a lifetime commitment to celibate monasticism and they were basically made monks without regard to their personality, temperament or inclination.
Furthermore, according to Goldstein and other personal anecdotes, child monks who ran away from the monastery were generally not offered sympathy or support and typically scolded by their parents and family; with the child sent immediately back to the monastery. In The Struggle for Modern Tibet: The Autobiography of Tashi Tsering there is a first-hand account of abusive treatment at the hand of monastics.
Born in 1929 in a Tibetan village, Tsering developed a strong dislike of his country’s theocratic ruling elite. He was taken from his family near Drepung at 13 and forced into the Dalai Lama’s personal dance troupe. Severely beaten by his teachers there for minor infractions, Tsering (a heterosexual) was then raped by a well-connected monk (and other “official monks”) in exchange for protection, becoming a passive sex-toy or dronpo (Tib:guest).
Even in exile, many Tibetans enter monasteries as children below the age of 16, often as orphans or at a long distance from their parents’ home. Many children do not see their parents or family members for years; their sole place of refuge and care being the monastery. They are then expected to keep the celibacy vow through puberty and adulthood—not an easy task for an adult, let alone an adolescent.
Furthermore, whereas previously monastics lived in isolated places providing little contact with lay people, women or worldly activities, nowadays, the close proximity of monasteries to large towns and cities and the proliferation and easy access of internet porn and so on has no doubt increased and fed the monks’ sexual desire and frustration.

With this background in mind, issuing condoms to monks may not be the most ‘pure’ or suitable method, particularly in terms of preventing rape and abuse, but it is certainly a practical one if monks are contracting HIV and other STDs. The cultural background of “mass monasticism,” combined with the lack of child protection measures, leave child monastics particularly vulnerable to physical and sexual abuse. This is not to say that the majority of adult monks are abusing children (or that it is only a problem in relation to Tibetan Buddhists), but even if it is only a small minority it can have a devastating effect. It only takes a few rotten apples to spoil the bunch, as they say.

Ruben Derksen, a 26-year-old Dutch reincarnate lama who stars in the film Tulku, has stated that is is about time that Tibetan Buddhist institutions were “demystified and the shroud was removed.” Derksen, who as a child spent three years in a monastery in India, recently drew attention to the physical beatings that are a regular practice there. “I met Richard Gere and Steven Seagal, and they didn’t see any of this,” he says. “When celebrities or outsiders are around, you don’t beat the kids.”
And therein lies part of the problem: it’s well-hidden. Although there are personal stories of abuse among the exile community, some people argue that they need to see more evidence; yet, there is no reason to disbelieve all these testimonies either.

Conclusion

tibetan monastery
Tibetan Buddhist monasteries are, historically and currently, some of the most advanced centers of Buddhist scholarship and practice in the world today. They have produced some of the world’s most inspiring, compassionate teachers and practitioners of Buddhism, the Dalai Lama and the 17th Karmapa being prime examples. For an adult, one of the best places to study and practice Buddhism is within a Tibetan Buddhist monastic setting.
Consensual masturbation and “thigh sex” between adult monks is not the chief concern here—albeit such activity from the monastic viewpoint is far from “pure” and, if done out of frustration as opposed to one’s sexuality, it is not particularly psychologically healthy either. What is more worrying is the presence of children in the care of these all-male institutions.

Who can these children turn to if there is a culture of abuse, shame, silence and denial in their community?

Being open and accountable on these issues will enable reform and constructive action. International children’s rights laws apply globally. This is not an issue relative to a particular culture or tradition.
Understandably, the Tibetan community in exile does not always respond well to criticism or suggestions for improvement, particularly when coming from non-Tibetans. In response to a Facebook discussion I started on this issue, a Tibetan replied that:
It is time for the Tibetan community to stop defending those who abuse and exploit their position of trust. Exposure of these cases and others that are widely known within our communities must be brought out of the closets. As a community, we have NO obligation to defend these people nor anything to be ashamed of. Their actions are not a reflection on the broader community. If we are to prepare for the post-His Holiness era, we better create a realistic and honest image of ourselves to the world. Starting now. As Tibetans, we cannot pretend all of us to be mini-Dalai Lamas. Our community is no different than any others, we have the good, the bad and the ugly. The world must see us for what we are.
If children are being left vulnerable in Tibetan monasteries, why don’t the Tibetan exile leader Lobsang Sangay and the Tibetan monastic authorities follow the Bhutanese example and call for an official report into the safety of child monastics in exile? At the least, in line with their publicly-stated desire to modernize, they could establish adequate sex education and internationally-recognized child protection measures in the monasteries and schools.

When are we going to get a public response from the monastic authorities on these alleged cases of physical or sexual abuse, particularly that of Kalu Rinpoche? If even Rinpoche’s allegations are not publicly investigated then what hope is there for a young, unknown orphan child undergoing a similar experience? What about kick-starting a public initiative that provides both monks and ex-monks a confidential, safe platform to register and report their personal tales of abuse and neglect in the monasteries?

These testimonies could then be compiled into an official document and delivered to the CTA and monastic authorities to respond to. A simple, preventative measure is to bar anyone from becoming a monk until the age of 18. At the very least, setting aside legitimate concerns about violence and sexual abuse, doesn’t it make more sense for a person to take the decision to become celibate after puberty, when they are better able to make an informed, adult decision about it?
On a positive note, Kalu Rinpoche is not just taking on the voice of a victim but also that of a pioneer, creating a school for children whose families are in financial difficulty and barring them from becoming monks until the age of 19. Whatever anyone might think about this issue, first and foremost (following Kalu Rinpoche’s example) we all need to think about what is in the best interests of the children. The reputation of Tibetans or Tibetan Buddhism has to come second to that.

Dedicated to Kalu Rinpoche and the children.

Spirituality and You

When I first understudy my reiki master, he mentioned to me that all day long he was only thinking about energy. What he meant was he was only focus on reality because all matters are composed of energy. I have taught many people to use energy and  dowsing, some of them pick up the knowledge and started using it to better their life, there are others who have no clue about what is going on and made no difference in their life.

There is another bunch of people who actually do not know how to use energy but will argue to the cows come home that they know, these people are so full of themselves that it near impossible to get through to them. Bruce Lee and maybe a few other masters have said 'empty your cup' there is no more space for any new knowledge to get in if your cup is full. I myself have been guilty of this mentality, but a wise person whom I was inquiring about her meditation class told me 'if you know then why are you still here?' I was telling her about what I already know and comparing her methods to all the methods of meditations that I have already learned. Yes it is so true if I already know then why am I still seeking. I was truly humbled that day.

Spirituality is looking into the heart, it is the journey from the head to the heart, do not get stuck with all the books that you have read, drop all these superficial knowledge, it must come from within you, the knowledge of who you are. Some people may have certain experiences on their quest of spirituality but they are just experiences, these experiences brings your consciousness to certain awareness but they may become a bondage if you hang on to them and wear them like badges to show others that you had had them(experiences).

Hang on to nothing, all things are empty, it is the emptiness that is useful, look at the world around you, if you cup is made of solid glass with no empty space to contain your drink it would be useless, if your house was not empty you could not live in it, even your body comprise of empty space so that the blood can flow, the lungs can contain air, the stomach can contain food.

Any knowledge you gain should be use to better your life and to help others improve theirs, holding the knowledge just to boast that you know will not benefit yourself and others. The divine will give you more when you start giving what you have to others, this is universal law, it is twice blessed to give than to receive.
And finally if you truly believe in the Energy, do not get so caught up with your daily life, you should be able to create whatever you need simply by asking for it, drop your fears and limitations move on with your heart.

Thank You! I Love You!
I Appreciate You!
Best Wishes to All.

Anne C Williams

The attitude of gratitude can completely change the mindset. It will be a necessary mindset in the days to come.

We need to stop sweating the small stuff, take stock in what we do have, honor and be grateful for the people and things we do have in our life. If we have food, shelter, water, and are mobile we are much better off than most. Those who cannot cope with change and loss, or base their happiness on material acquisition are not going to fare well in the days to come. Those who cannot maintain their center when everyone else is loosing theirs will be subject to the endless ups and downs associated to seeking love, joy, acceptance, approval and security outside of self. It is time to slow down, simplify, and live according to universal law.

I found this video by Miss Anne C Williams teaching dowsing for beginners, she covers many ways dowsing can be use right from the moment you pick up your first pendulum to dowse. She is a wonderful teacher and dowser, please enjoy her masterful presentation of the art of dowsing.

In the video she taught the interviewer to tap her thymus glands to activate her energy, upon tapping the interviewer said she felt a sensation in her palm. Along with the tapping an affirmation was use 'Something Good is happening for me Today!' Here is another video by Miss Williams where she covers a wide range of subjects, this is as good as attending her dowsing class.

I hope you will enjoy the above videos, and gain as much as I have watching them.

Thank You! I Love You!
I Appreciate You!
Best Wishes to All.
