Energy

I was having some problems with my internet connection yesterday, and was unable to put up a posting. There is much dissatisfaction in our world today, and sometimes we must remember to stop and appreciate what we have. Give thanks for all the people around you, give thanks for a wonderful day, appreciate and enjoy the little things in life. Smile more and be happy, remember it is a choice that you are making even when faced with problems in your life.

Your energy level affects the way you think and behave, it also affects your emotions as well, in my dowsing list you can find over 50 issues that might affect your energy level, you need not clear all the issues found there, just check your energy level in the morning and if it is less than a 100% ask to raise it to 100%. After raising the energy check again, if the energy would not go up than you should start checking for other issues.

Another way to raise you energy is to do some exercise and some breathing, raising your hands above your head breathing in and breathing out when you lower them is a good way to clear energy blockages in your internal organs in the morning. It is important to start your day with good energy, and starting a simple routine of exercise and some dowsing will ensure that you have a wonderful day ahead. A consistent daily program will go a very long way to contribute to your well being.
