A Buddha in Training

How many of you experience emotional problems last week, did you lose your cool a lot with your loved ones, or find your loved ones being very unreasonable and emotional? Well I did, I hope things are alright now with everyone who had had such experiences.
If you are a dowser, check your emotional level, check if you are carrying any emotional baggage for others in your life, you may have been carrying these for so long now that you have forgotten about them. There is always room for improvement in all aspects of our life, so take some time to go through your life like a review and see if anythings or issues that might be bothering you and let them go. Just let them go say 'Thank you, but I don't need these anymore, I release them all to the divine light with love.'
Thank You! I Love You!
I Appreciate You! Best Wishes to All.
Always Better and Better.
“A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things which renew humanity.” Gautama Buddha - Art: George Atherton
I especially like the beginning. I don't understand most of the rest of it. lol
Dear One,

Tomorrow is Vesak Day
and it's going to be the most powerful one on this planet.

To soak in its sacred energies,
it will be most appropriate for all of us
to stay mindful of the Buddha's message
that are filled with pearls of wisdom.

Therefore, I am highlighting the below from an earlier email
for all of you to reflect more deeply.

It teaches us to keep a proper balance
between the physical and spiritual,
as going to either extreme will have its consequences.

Then in cherishing one another
we bridge the gap of separation
bringing about Unity Consciousness.

Lastly, and more importantly,
we must always be in touch with our humanness,
remembering we are spiritual beings living a physical experience.
Positive human feelings and emotions are very important
in our interaction with one another,
maintaining a heart to heart connection
all the time with love, compassion, humility and respect.
And not allowing ourselves to be trapped in media devices.

Thank you & Namaste!!!

Certainly, the Buddha would be teaching about
how to stay connected to the world while still managing to meditate and do spiritual practice.

As part of that, he would remind us to cherish and honor one another

not allowing devices and nonstop media to replace genuine human contact.
