Neu G7 Water X 4 Sources of Energy

I am not selling this product but using it myself, the benefits mentioned are true as I have experienced them myself. I am just sharing this information for those interested to have a healthier life, in the recent haze situation the water came in handy as spraying the water around the house kept the air in my house fresh and clean.

Recently I have been rereading some books and this knowledge about the 4 sources of energy came up. What are the 4 sources of energy?

Food/Water
Breath
Sleep
Knowledge

Food and water is the first source of energy for your body, the quality and energy level of what you consume plays an important role to your well being and how the body can utilize this energy.

Breath is the second source of energy, and it may come as a surprise how many people actually do not breathe properly to maximise the energy in the air. Just like fish is in water we are living in air, the energy is surrounding us yet we observed people get tired at the end of a day simply because they did not take in the energy from the air. Take a few deep breath every few hours in the day to recharge your energy, instead of having a coffee break take a breath break.

Sleep is a the third source of energy and proper sleep is critical to you, the length of sleep and the time you sleep is important. There is much information about this if you search for it, any way try to be in bed by eleven at night and have a nap in the afternoon after lunch(11 am -1 pm) would be a good general guide line to follow.

Knowledge keep the mind active and stimulate it to expand, constantly update oneself with knowledge to feed your mind and keep it healthy.

Have A Great Week Ahead!
Thank You! I Appreciate You!
Best Wishes to All!
Always Better and Better.
