For some reasons, you can still find the Spirit of Poverty in well to do people. This people can be quite wealthy but would not spend money on themselves if they thought it wasn't worth it. To be wealthy means you have the means to spend on yourself. This is one of the signs that you may find in people, they are not identifying that money is an energy but a commodity and if they are not prudent they will run out.

Another sign you may observe is people with the Spirit of Poverty have inconsistent 'Luck', their prosperity seem to go up and down. People who are truly prosperous have consistency, their wealth seem to increase by the years, always having more as the years go by. So check yourself if you find that you have the same signs.
