Above is the Medicine Wheel set up in my office with a crystal in the centre, the crystal has a coper coil around it to draw cosmic energy. People who come into my office always reports that they feel calm and peaceful. Well maybe I have only one thing to say about having the medicine wheel in my office and that is it attracts my boss to come in everyday and chat for a long time. (Ha Ha)
It is good to have a sort of power base set up where you work as this serve as a place for you to recharge when you are tired from your work activities. You do not have to set up an elaborate altar or even a medicine wheel sometimes a photo on your computer screen that helps you relax is good for you too. If you have the freedom to listen to music while you work it good too.
One of the things you can try is to dowse into your sound recorder in your hand phone a few commands that is helpful to you and you can play it back to clear yourself whenever and where ever you are.
You do this by first deciding which commands you want to use, write them on a piece of paper, (find a quiet place and time) put the recorder into record mode and dowse the commands you pre-selected silently into the recorder with the intention that the energy is recorded into the track. Now you have a silent track that will clean you without disturbing anyone when you play it.
Of course you can dowse to clean the energy but once you made the track you do not have to manually dowse you simply play the track and you are clear, this soundless track is just another fun thing to do, and you can give it to your friends as a gift to help them clean up energy.(just put an intent that is for them when you are doing the recording.)
