Removing Minor Aches and Pain

Try this out the next time someone has some minor external pain on their limbs or body, get a small piece of cloth or even a piece of paper hold it in your hand, visualize that you are energizing the cloth or paper. ( I imagine that the cloth or paper lights up while holding it) After energizing it sweep the cloth or paper over the affected area 3 times thinking that you are sweeping the pain away. After 3 times the pain usually lessen or is removed, if the person you are working on feels that the pain has lessen sweep again for another 3 times.

This method works very well with minor pains like stiff necks, bruises and even toothaches of course if the person has a serious injury please bring them to seek medical help. After sweeping do not touch the cloth or paper where it has come in contact with the person, cleanse the cloth using running water or if you are using paper flick the paper in the air 3 times and imagine that the negative energy have left and disappeared into thin air.

Have Fun trying this out and gain confidence in yourself when you see how easy it could be done. If you fail in your first attempt do not give up try again and most importantly have a good time trying. IT WORKS!
