Standing Meditation for Good Health


Please practice along with Master Lam and follow up with the whole program, standing meditation looks easy but trust me it is not. The benefits you can get from just standing still is great especially if you have not been exercising and looking for a way to improve your health.

Qi gong is a great way to learn about energy after practising for some time you will find that your dowsing will improve in terms of sensitivity and you may even develop ESP abilities.

You will find that after practising qi gong every time you dowse to increase your energy you can actually feel the energy being raise in your body.

In the Chinese language good luck is written as 'Good luck Qi' so you can see that qi plays an important role when you want good luck or prosperity. The better your qi is the better your prosperity will be. This apply to everything in your life, notice that when you meet people with low qi or energy you probably avoid them or have an uncomfortable feeling when you are near them. If you need to meet up with clients it is advantages to have a higher level of qi or energy than they have, you will find that they will be more co-operative and more willing to listen to you because they are enjoying the higher level of energy or qi.

Qi gong is a way to learn about how qi is gather and how to use the qi for our daily life, again you have to be persistent and practise regularly but it is worth every minute of your time. (actually 10 mins a day is all it takes)
